At Amaaris our focus is complete Customer Satisfaction. To that end we take extreme care in the packing and presentation of our products. In the event that you are displeased with the products provided we will replace the products provided the reasons fall within the ambit explained below are genuine, and proved after investigation. Please read the details of each product explained on the products page before buying it.
Our Policy for Cancellations and Refunds is as follows:
CANCELLATIONS Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. As a policy we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. If you’ve had an incorrect product delivered to you or if the product you receive has genuine damage then we will happy to exchange your product for a replacement. Refund of money is not offered. Amaaris however reserves the right to cancel the order on our end due to human error in stock availability or pricing inconsistencies at any point in time. SUBSTITUTION OF PRODUCTS In an event of your order if any item is not available we reserve the right to substitute the item with another of similar quality and design as close to the original item. However we can guarantee that there will be no issues with our product quality.
REFUNDS In the event that we cancel the order your order amount will be returned to you via the same mode in which it was placed as per the prevalent payment gateway policies at the time. For Example - if paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
RETURNS If you receive your order in bad condition or if the package is tampered with on or before delivery please do send us an image and video of the same. The Buyer/Receiver has to inform us about the damaged or incorrect products within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Customers claiming missing items or damaged products would have to produce an unedited unboxing video. The video should clearly show that the package is unopened from all sides and include opening of the package. The customer would be required to share the details of photos and videos on contactus@amaaris.in.
In case you have accepted delivery and opened the package and found the item to be inconsistent with the one ordered for any reason please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the same. Log a complaint by dropping us a mail at contactus@amaaris.in Please mention your Order ID/Invoice number while writing to us. Please make sure that the product and packaging are intact when you send the products back incase the same has been accepted by us via an email confirmation for return after investigation.
